Our business is to provide photo booth hire services on behalf of our customers. Our services include content capture, post production and social media sharing services ranging from our photo booths and vintage pods.

The only personal data we will attain is the data that you or your guests give us directly.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for at least six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

We share your information with the following Data processors in order to be able to deliver our service.
Solodigitalis Inc - This data processor does the following activities for us: Provide a cloud-based software application that allows us to capture photos/videos within our vintage photo booth.
Google - This data processor does the following activities for us: Provide a cloud-based storage service that enables users to store and access files online.
Outside of the above, we will only share personal information with organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with.

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact us for more information.
